We want you to love your BEKAY PDRN Gua Sha Neck Cream. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can ask for a full refund of the product price within 60 days of delivery.
How to request a refund
- Contact us within 60 days of delivery through our contact page and include your order number.
- Tell us briefly why it wasn't right for you. Photos help, but they aren't required.
- Once approved, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
For hygiene reasons we don't ask you to send back opened tubes. The guarantee covers one refund per customer.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
EU and UK customers
You also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, this right applies to products that are unopened and in their original condition.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll take care of it.
