Shipping policy
Free tracked shipping on every order
Every Bekay order ships free, with tracking, to Spain, the European Union, the United States and the other countries listed at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Delivery: 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your country.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During launches and holiday peaks, delivery can take a few days longer; if that happens we will let you know by email.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan.
Taxes and customs
Prices shown in the store include VAT where it applies. Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on delivery; unless they are shown and collected at checkout, they are not included in our prices.
Wrong address or changes
Write to us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address. Once the parcel has been dispatched we can no longer change it. Orders returned to us because of an incomplete or wrong address can be reshipped after we confirm the new address with you.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
