1. Who we are

BEKAY ("Bekay", "we", "us") is an online store that sells cosmetic skincare products at trybekay.com. You can reach us at info@trybekay.com or through our contact page.

2. These terms

By placing an order on this store you accept these terms, our Shipping policy, our Refund policy and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

3. Products

We sell cosmetic products for external use. Each product page describes the item, its size and how to use it. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Do a patch test before first use and stop using the product if irritation appears. Results vary from person to person.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include VAT where it applies. Customs duties or import taxes, if any, are explained in our Shipping policy. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there. If a price is obviously wrong, we may correct it before dispatch; in that case you can cancel your order and get a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is accepted when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a stock problem or a pricing error; if we do, we refund you in full.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and tracking are explained in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, by writing to info@trybekay.com. We will reply with the return instructions. Sealed, unused products must be sent back within 14 days of telling us; the cost of returning them is yours unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered. We refund the amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, and we may wait until we receive the products back or you send us proof of shipment. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics are excluded from this right, but our 30-day guarantee still applies.

8. 30-day money-back guarantee

On top of your legal rights, if the product isn't right for you within 30 days of delivery, write to us with your order number and we refund the product price. You don't need to send the tube back. One guarantee refund per customer. Full details are in our Refund policy.

9. Damaged or faulty products and legal guarantee

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity in the EU.

10. Your information

You are responsible for giving us a correct shipping address and email address. We use your personal data as explained in our Privacy policy.

11. Intellectual property

The BEKAY name and logo and the texts, photos and videos on this store belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

12. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and you can bring a claim before the courts of the place where you live. If you have a complaint, write to info@trybekay.com first and we will do our best to solve it.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
